DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAXES?
We like to offer our customers the best deals we can so no tax is charged to most states. Unfortunately, because we are based out of California, we do have to charge taxes on products shipped within the state of California.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders to all continental US states. Lift gate or white glove services are also available for an extra fee.
WHAT IS LIFT GATE SERVICE?
Our items will ship to your delivery address free of charge. Many customers who do not have a loading dock or access to a fork lift would prefer to have a special lift gate truck assist with the delivery of larger items. Additional fees will apply for this service, and we are happy to make arrangements with one of your local providers. Please contact us for more information.
WHAT IS WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?
White Glove Delivery provides in-home delivery and light assembly as well as removal of all packaging materials. Your item(s) will be transported to a local delivery agent via a line-haul carrier. We can arrange this for you for an extra fee, please contact us for more information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Sorry, we don't offer international shipping at this time.
IF ONE OF YOUR ITEMS IS OUT OF STOCK CAN I PURCHASE IT FROM ANOTHER ONLINE DEALER?
We only ship directly from the manufacturer. If it is out of stock there, you won't be able to get it anywhere.
We would suggest you wait for the item to be back ordered in order to reserve it out of the next manufacturer's shipment. As prices are subject to change, we will honor the prices and promotions on an out of stock item based on the order date. Quantities are often limited and sell out before they can be restocked.
IS THIS A NEW PRODUCT?
Yes, we only sell new products.
ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED DEALER?
Yes. We are authorized to sell every product we carry. That means you will receive the full manufacturer's warranty on your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after it ships, but can be longer for custom built products.
CAN I CHANGE ANY DETAILS OF MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
No. All orders are protected against fraud for security so no changes can be made. If you need to change the address, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one at the correct address.
IS MY ORDER RETURNABLE?
Return vary by manufacturer, and a few manufacturers will accept returns. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and any restocking that might be in place. You can also return your order by phone. Call us at 1-800-535-8983 during business hours (9-5 Mon-Fri). If you need to return your item because it arrived damaged or is not the item you ordered, please let us know immediately so we can fix that for you. If the item arrives damaged, DO NOT accept the delivery.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Our number one goal is your satisfaction. In most cases, if you cancel your order prior to shipping it will be at no charge to you.

If you decide to cancel your order after it ships you will be responsible for all shipping charge, and any restocking fees that the manufacturer might have.
Unfortunately, not all our manufacturers take returns. We strongly recommend verifying this with us prior to ordering.
Our manufactures won’t accept returns on custom-built tables.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging.
Do not tamper with or assemble the product at all.

IS FREE SHIPPING EVERYWHERE IN THE USA?
We offer free shipping to all continental US states. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote for destinations in the Alaska or Hawaii. Addresses in certain rural areas or on islands within the continental US may be subject to additional shipping fees.

DO PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS APPLY TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE?

WHAT IS CURBSIDE DELIVERY?
This is the regular delivery method. In a curbside delivery, the driver will pull up to the delivery address, open the gate to his truck, and allow you to remove the item in front of your home. If you need it brought inside we can hire a 2 man team to do so at an extra cost, please contact us for more information. For heavier items delivered to addresses without loading docks, we recommend requesting a liftgate.
WILL MY ORDER NEED A LIFTGATE?
If you don't have a forklift or a dock chances are you'll need a liftgate. Orders ship curbside only. If you require a liftgate, please indicate when ordering and we will be happy to provide to assist in delivering you table. These are usually available for around $100. We are happy to talk about what your delivery sites obstacles are and help you find the best and most economical way to overcome them.
HOW DOES AN AIR HOCKEY TABLE WORK?
Air hockey tables are constructed with an extremely smooth surface that is perforated by thousands of tiny air holes that allow jets of air rush through - creating an air cushion on the playing surface to "float" the puck.
Players stand either end of the table with pushers and strike a flat puck with the aim of getting the puck to go into the opponent's goal. We have a more detailed article on this for you.

Consideration of who will be using the table and how much use the table will receive is very important. Air hockey is a physical game and the table needs to be able to take the strain.

WHAT SORT OF POWER SUPPLY DO I NEED?
Air hockey tables use either a 110 or a 240v power supply. Plugs and leads will be supplied with the table. Please contact us if you're unsure.
The key to a good working air hockey table is to keep the playing surface clean. Any dirt or drink spills will lead to the holes in the table getting clogged up and the airflow reducing.
Periodically we recommend cleaning the playing surface with glass cleaner. Do not use wax polishes. We also recommend that all bolts holding the table together are regularly tightened. We have written a detailed maintenance report for your air hockey table
WHAT REPLACEMENT PUCKS SHOULD I PURCHASE?
Only purchase replacement pucks that are the same size and weight as the ones that originally came with your air hockey table.

Yes, you can find players in every town that like to play competitively. There is a World Championship every year, and state-level tournaments.
