Return Policies By Manufacturer

We partner with several different manufacturers, each of which have slightly unique return policies.  Please note that if you received your item with Free Shipping and choose to return it or cancel your order after it has shipped, the cost incurred by The Rec Room Game Company for shipping will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.


Performance Games:  No merchandise may be returned without written agreement from manufacturer.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of original purchase price.  

Carrom:  Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 72 hours of receipt.  20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned items. 

GLD (Includes Fat Cat, Viper, Casemaster):  Items are eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in the same condition as when received.  This includes original packaging.   You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase from The Rec Room Game Company.    Contact us prior to sending anything back - we cannot be responsible for items returned incorrectly.  Once we receive your item, the manufacturers will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time for the refund to be received will depend on your card issuer's policies. 

Great American:  Because tables are custom made, non-defective items unfortunately aren't not returnable.

Holland Barstool Company:  Holland Bar Stool Co. takes all precautions to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. It is very important that you inspect your product upon arrival. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If any damage is found, call Customer Service. In many cases, we can provide you with replacement parts and service as needed. Defective or Damaged Products: It is at the discretion of Holland Bar Stool Co. to do one of the following: replace the damaged part, replace the complete product, or offer a refund. To best determine which will be the best option we require photos of the damage/defect and if applicable damages to packaging. If we request the damaged item to be returned for inspection, the customer has 14 days to do so. IMPORTANT: Any returns must be accompanied by an RMA # that can only be provided by our Customer Service department. Buyers Remorse:  All Holland Bar Stool Co. products are custom and made to order. If, for any reason other than damage or manufacture defect, the customer decides they no longer want the product a 20% restocking fee will be assessed to the product purchase price and shipping charges will not be refunded.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and no refund will be given until the product is received back at the factory. Customer Service must be contacted within 48 hrs of product receipt and an RMA must be issued and accompany the product upon return. Refunds will be issued ONLY once the product is returned and deemed to be in brand new, re-sellable condition.  Return Requirements: No returns will be accepted without a RMA # from our customer service department. All items(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging

Gold Standard Games/Shelti:  All tables are custom built to order.  Returns of non-damaged merchandise may be accepted (minus a 20% restocking fee) if in original packaging.  Returns require pre-authorization from GSG/Shelti. 

Barron:  Limited Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect: 120 Days.  Spare parts available for all machines.  Return Policy:  14 days from date received,15% Restocking Fee (open box), 5% Trade in Fee.  Any product returned in not original packaging, will be subject to additional charges.  No returns on custom products or special orders.  Customer is responsible for license and approval for any logos, copyright images or trademarks used for custom projects.  Customer is responsible and set up and maintenance of the game.  Please inspect all shipments for damage before accepting. All damage must be notated on the Shipment Documents at time of delivery. Barron Games is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or unpacking and installation.
