As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and your credit card has been charged for the purchase.   If for some reason your item is on back order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

Products that are not custom made (ie - no choice of color or styles) usually ship within five to seven business days from the date of your order.  Custom products typically need an extra 1-2 weeks in manufacturing. 

We will send you tracking information for your order once it has left our warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  You can expect delivery roughly a week after your table leaves the warehouse, but will depend heavily on your local delivery company's availability.  Your local company will contact you directly to confirm an exact date and time for delivery.  Please note that some trucking companies do not deliver on weekends.  If you would like to check on the possibility of a weekend delivery option, contact us and we will be happy to inquire with your local delivery service on your behalf.

Orders shipping to more remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges.  If we are informed that this applies to your delivery, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

 

Delivery procedures:

We offer complimentary curbside delivery for locations in the continental United States.   (This is usually adequate for items that are either not heavy or are being delivered to a location with a loading dock.)   We recommend you have a furniture dolly and/or another person(s) there to assist in receiving and bringing you table inside.  (If you would like extra help bringing your table inside and getting it assembled in your room of choice, we suggest contacting a local moving company or furniture and appliance assembly company.  Many of our customers go this route.)

 

Damages:

When your order arrives, make sure you inspect the boxes before signing the BOL (Bill of Lading).   If the box is damaged with holes or is ripped, don't sign for it and refuse the shipment.   If you notice any damage or have any reason to suspect damage, please take photos and again, do not sign the Bill of Lading.   Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.  All reports of damage must be made the same day as delivery.

 

Cancellations

We want you to be excited about your new table!  If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want the table you purchased, let us know within the next two full business days and we'll give you 100% of your money back.  If it's after 2 business days, the cancellation will handled be on a case by case basis.  If the item has shipped, unfortunately it will need to be processed as a return instead of a cancellation.  If the item is custom (ie, you choose the stain, style, sports team logo, etc.) and manufacturing has started on production, we may not be able to offer a 100% refund.  

 

 

 

International Orders

Yes - many of our items are available to ship internationally!  Please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be able to provide you with a delivery quote.  Please note that all shipping, handling, and any applicable tariff  are the responsibility of the buyer.

    The key to a good working air hockey table is to keep the play surface clean. Any dirt or drink spills will lead to the holes on the table getting clogged up and the air flow reducing.

    Periodically we recommend cleaning the play surface with glass cleaner. Do not use wax polishes. We also recommend that all bolts holding the table together are regularly tightened.

    WHAT REPLACEMENT PUCKS SHOULD I PURCHASE?

    Only purchase replacement pucks that are of the same size and weight as the ones that originally came with your air hockey table.

    CAN AIR HOCKEY BECOME A COMPETITIVE SPORT?
